Happy new year! The Stallions are back to school and the seniors only have 82 days left of school before they officially graduate. A fresh new semester with everyone on the same boat with a clean slate with many new fantastic opportunities.

This month underclassmen will be selecting the best classes for them for next year with their counselors. Seniors on the other hand will be having financial aid night next week as well as all local scholarships will be due next week on Tuesday.

Financial Aid Night

Madera South High School will be holding a workshop for all senior students to get the proper information about Cal Grants, financial aid, and other forms of opportunities of earning cash for college. The workshop will be Wednesday in the Media Center at 6 p.m. sharp!

All students and parents will be provided with a computer in order to complete and submit their FAFSA application. Each parent must bring one of the following with their child in order to complete the FAFSA application: either a 2011 tax return, filed 2012 tax return, 2012 W-2, or their last paycheck of 2012 showing year to date gross wages (for all employers if multiple)...
