There are times when all of us can recall a situation where we got upset with someone for saying something or committing an act that offended us and others. That person may not have realized that what they said or did was offending anyone.

I don’t dwell in the past, but I can draw from my memory bank a few times it has happened to me; at the time I became very upset.

That hasn’t happened to me for some time now because I see the acts and comments from a different frame of mind. Take a person who gets upset over a comment or an act by someone is only hurting themselves because the other person did not intend to offend anyone. It is a person’s personal perception of the act or comment while adding their own negative energy that creates the anger...
