Known as “the most unforgettable day of high school” by many students, this year’s Challenge Day will be filled with exciting activities, soulopening stories, and the destruction of stereotypes and labels at Madera South High School.

More than 400 students have applied or been recommended by teachers and 300 have been accepted to partake in Friday’s event, including students from Dinuba and Tehachapi high schools.

Next week leadership students will deliver MSHS Academic C.L.A.S.S. cards! These cards are based on Fall 2011’s report cards and are for students who have not yet received a card this year.

More than 249 students will receive a Diamond card, which means they earned a GPA of 3.8 and above. Diamond holders will get incentives such as an invite to VIP Getaway, free entrance to spring fling, two late homework passes, two tardy passes, a free monthly surprise, an exclusive diamond T-shirt, 20 percent off one Stallion spirit item, and a free Stallion tattoo...
