What if California were to build a toll-road to mimic the German Autobahn? Instead of wasting transportation money on High Speed Rail we build a super highway that drivers have to pay annually to use. The fee should be substantial, but think about it, how much would you be willing to pay to be able to drive from San Francisco to Los Angles as fast as your car can go?
