Fair aims to inform students about clubs

Today, during fourth period and lunch, the Madera South Club Fair will be taking place. More than 30 clubs are expected to participate.

This is an event where all of our clubs and co-curricular classes demonstrate their talents while providing information about their remarkable organizations. It serves as a great recruitment tool to get more students involved within our school.

Most clubs will have poster boards/display boards of information and pictures. Each club will provide a handout that explains what their organization is about, lists the adviser(s), its meeting location and possibly information about activities it does throughout the year.

Lastly, there will be signup sheets for potential members. One of the most exciting displays is the Indo Krew, which is advised by Ginny Sandhu and Robert Pinon. They will have a henna display where kids can get their hands painted. Not only that, but this year the Greater Madera Key Club will give away a bike! ...
