Dwayne Wade undeserving of Olympics

Do us all a favor Dwayne, just stay home.

Dwayne Wade of the Miami Heat made a statement that if he or other NBA players compete for the United States in the 2012 London Olympics, they should be compensated.

Apparently, his annual $26 million in salary and endorsements does not provide him with enough income to weather the financial storm of traveling to London and playing a few basketball games. He needs more.

He has of course now recanted saying that he now does not want to be paid. But that came only after a public backlash calling him out as a spoiled, petulant athlete with not an ounce of patriotism...
