It is so wonderful to play games with our friends and family. This helps us create a life full of joy and harmony that keeps us balanced in mind, body and spirit. Some of the games and other contests we witness are times of joy and when the game is over and the team with the highest score is named the winner, sometimes brings disappointment to the supporting fans and the losing team.

It is a different feeling for the fans and winning team because it can add to the record, which can benefit the team at the end of the season and give the winning fans something to make conversation about around the work water cooler.

The joy of being able to compete in a contest is something that takes a lot of practice and knowledge of the game, so that one can be the best and gain popularity among fans and other teams. Professional athletes focus their minds on how to be the best, or what they have to do to become the best...
