For as long as I can remember, I have loved cream cheese. I don’t dream about it or go for long walks with it, but it sure makes my taste buds happy.
I also like the fact that cream cheese lends itself well to so many types of recipes. It is used in appetizers, snacks, main dishes, side dishes and, of course, desserts (as in cheesecake).
There are some people who just can’t stand the stuff, but I am hoping they will allow the rest of us to explore our cream cheese fantasies for just a little while.
