Madera High would like to congratulate the Band and Color Guard for placing second in the Heart of California Tournament this past weekend on our home turf at Lee DaSilva field. Our Coyotes did spectacular and deserve some recognition so be sure to send a “congrats” their way. Great job, Coyotes, we are so proud of you!

Robotics win big

Madera High’s Robotics Team 1323 won the championship this past weekend at the annual MadTown Throwdown, a competition of 30 schools from around the state of California. Our Coyotes were also awarded the VIP Excellence Engineering Award. We would like to congratulate everyone for their hard work. It paid off. Great job, ’Yotes!

Can Competition

As part of community service, Madera High and Madera High South will be going head to head in a fierce competition to see which school can collect the most cans for the Madera Food Bank. The competition will take place from Dec. 3-7. There will be boxes in every classroom at Madera High for students, parents, and staff to drop their cans in throughout the week. Every can helps so be sure to donate.

Madera High has its title back. We smashed the Stallions in the Madera High vs. South football game. Let’s keep our title and can the ponies in the Madera High vs Madera High South Battle of the Cans. Beat South!
