There will be an InterClub Council meeting today during 2nd period in room 72. Class and club presidents will meet to coordinate community service projects and food frenzies.

The clubs and classes at Madera High are participating in the United Way Star Tree Project, a project that benefits members of the community during the holiday season. Classes and clubs have already sponsored 75 kids in our local community to make their season bright. They will be giving gifts as well as toiletry items that most people take for granted on a daily basis.

In addition to the United Way Star Tree Project, classes and clubs have the option to participate in the annual Soup Kitchen at the Courthouse Park. The purpose is to prepare a home-cooked meal for the less fortunate in our community and to connect students to members of the community as well as to other students.

The presidents will also be reporting out on their recent projects in their class or club...
