Service programs were discussed, place mats decorated, and Jr.-Teen Leader plans were due at Howard 4-H’s monthly business meeting Nov. 5.

Kenan Sagouspe, Matthew Ylarregui, and Katie Ylarregui reported on the club’s Christmas star for the Norman Gould School Giving Tree. The club has adopted two families for Christmas, and co-chairs Kenan Sagouspe, Katie, and Matthew Ylarregui had stars available with different items for the families. Members signed up for a star or two, and the gifts are to be brought to the Dec. 3 club meeting.

Members decorated Christmas place mats for the Madera Rehabilitation Center at the end of the meeting. Mckayla Batty and Madison Beyer brought the supplies to do so.

The Challenge Bowl, pancake breakfast and letters to servicemen project were discussed and chairmen were selected for these activities...
