Today is a huge day for Liberty High School. The Hawks battle against one of their biggest rivals, Fowler High School. The game will be televised, which adds a little extra pressure to the varsity football team, who has been prepping for this game all week.

In order to pump up the players and fans, a pep rally was held at the high school Wednesday, which included performances by the LHS band and cheerleaders, and speeches by the football players.

The game starts at 7 p.m. at the LHS stadium. The game will be live on KFRE CW 59 (Comcast basic cable channel 5, HD 705; Direct TV standard 952, HD 59: Dish Network standard 8969, no HD: U-Verse standard 59, HD 1059).

After the game, turn to KMPH Fox 26’s 10 p.m. newscast for results and highlights. Also, for those with Comcast service, the game will be available on demand beginning Friday evening for one week...
