Right about this time of year, I really get a craving for some fruit, preferably fresh, but sometimes canned will do.

My family always serves a fruit salad along with our Easter dinner, but the enjoyment of fruit salad isn’t limited, of course, to just once a year.

If you are as hungry to dig into a tasty, refreshing fruit salad as I am, I hope you find a recipe to your liking in this week’s column. You don’t even have to wait for a holiday feast.
