Every year, June 25 marks National Catfish Day, which is something I only recently learned.
It seems that almost every day is about some sort of food, but this one about catfish intrigued me. If you have never tried cooking or eating this delicacy, please do consider it soon.
For those who do not pursue the sport of fishing, no worries -— you can purchase fresh farm-raised fillets that are ready to fry, bake or even grill (my favorite). You can also make a really nice fish chowder.
