I admit that corn chips don’t usually pop into my mind when I am thinking of cooking ingredients.

Sometimes inspiration comes from just looking around at products in my cupboards or on store shelves and sometimes it comes from just having a craving.

Since corn chips are delicious all by themselves, they are sure to be just as delicious mixed into a salad or casserole. Why not give it a try? Have some crunchy, good-tasting fun!
