“For the Lord giveth wisdom: out of His mouth cometh knowledge and understanding.”
— Proverbs 2:6

Today is the first day for the rest of our life. Have you really thought about what today means to you?

When we live our lives in the now moment, today is the only time we should be concerned with. There are people who allow their minds to be infested with memories of the past and they create for themselves a life that does not serve them well. The infection of the mind with negative memories can be and is as painful as an open wound in other parts of the physical body.

It takes time and a lot of self help to get rid of some of the negative memories that prevent us from enjoying the “today” moment. The things that happen to us in the past that keep coming back into our thoughts are only memories of a bad experience and should be released. We are the ones that keep these bad memories alive in our mind and we are the only ones that can release them and blank them out of our mind...
