In the fable, The Emperor’s New Clothes, everyone gets to see who the Emperor really is, literally. The President has been exposed for his inability to even challenge his opponent. It’s no wonder he is so reluctant to meet with world leaders. They would walk all over him! Without his teleprompter, he has the confidence and ability of a below average high school sophomore. Do you really think he has the ability to be the leader that is required to bring us back from the brink?
About half way through the verbal conflagration, I could only see him there with a little, jeweled golden crown on his head; nothing else, no clothes, nothing; just his tall slender frame behind the podium. Exposed! How sad, for his faithful supporters! The Emperor has NO clothes. He has been exposed.
Those who really care for the future need to seriously consider that this election is not a personality contest or a need to support a party, but a need to pull our country back from it’s tipping point into destruction. Please, please consider your grand children’s future when you vote!
