Today is National Chocolate Cake Day. What a nice thing to commemorate, since there are probably more people who like chocolate cake than those who don’t.
Hot chocolate, hot cocoa, it isn’t necessary to get technical about it, as we all know what you mean. Some recipes call for cocoa and some call for chocolate, as in chips or bars.
I don’t know if any of you strayed a bit (or a lot, like me) off a typical healthy diet during the holidays, but just in case you did, I thought I’d share some recipes to help you get back on track.
Ahhh, Year of the Monkey! No, that doesn’t mean you get to climb up a tree and scratch your armpits (unless that is something you just do for fun), but it does mean 2016 is the Year of the Monkey.
I notice food at parties. I don’t go to many parties, but when I do, I eagerly pay attention to the snack table, and I observe the things people like the most. Dips go fast! Especially guacamole.
