I’ve had three terrific mothers (I guess ol’ dad, kept trying for perfection) and, along the way, an amazing mother-in-law.
Enough has been written about our town’s terrific Relay For Life event held this past weekend at Lions Town and Country Park.
Fun while fighting. And that is exactly what Maderans from the north, south, east and west of our city will be doing starting tomorrow at Lions Town and Country Park.

This week, 45 years ago, this young teenager was ordered to report to his CO (Commanding Officer) at Ft. Leonard Wood, Mo.
