Look out! I have recovered enough energy to drive around town. Actually, my gal is the one behind the wheel (scary) while I sit quietly looking for favorite songs on the radio or slipping in a CD.

First, let me thank everyone for their response to this memory-laden writer’s column Wednesday concerning saving Sno-White Drive-In at the corner of Yosemite and Lake streets.
This fine town was once dotted with places where kids, adults, families, and everyone could go for a quick meal in a friendly atmosphere. In those times, they were simply called drive-ins.

Football season officially ended Sunday with the Super Bowl.
I tend to think going from doctor and hospital appointments as traveling to and fro, or maybe a journey hither and thither. However, I just try to relax while my gal drives me to my destination.
