Last week I became guilty of a tactic that I hate the most — the built-in excuse.

There are two types of people in this world: those who find an excuse and those who find a way. Through running, I have been lucky enough to meet and surround myself with people who find a way.
It’s always refreshing to run in a new place, or run in a familiar place you’ve never looked upon with your “running goggles.”
