Let’s be real. I mentioned that in the last letter I wrote. After reading Thursday’s paper on the woes of the Madera Unified School District, I had to say “You gotta be kidding me.”
I commend Bill Coate on the concise, informative, polished article concerning the Madera Unified School District Board of Trustees.
Feasibility study for an arts center at $400,000? Why? Are they making any money where they are at? Did a former director leave because they couldn’t pay her full salary?

Does anyone know what is spent on subsidies, grants, loans and the like? I just read that the average subsidy on Obamcare is $5,400 — 67 percent of the premium. This is nuts!
