This is a response to the very first caller in the Aug. 27 Red Line. When does Obama start to take responsibility for the economy, jobs and foreign affairs, all of which are for shape?

The Madera County Board of Supervisors, who also are the Parkwood Water District Board of Directors, will be voting for a three-year water/sewer rate increase.
I do not oppose the idea of a useful high-speed rail system.
