Delbert Belton, 88, was beaten to death by two black teens. Why? We don’t know. What are we to do with the increasing amount of vicious evil that is crippling our world? We can’t rehabilitate.
The Madera County Board of Supervisors, who also are the Parkwood Water District Board of Directors, will be voting for a three-year water/sewer rate increase.
I do not oppose the idea of a useful high-speed rail system.
