In Tuesday’s Red Line was a comment regarding starving horses and one that was deceased. I checked with our officer in the area and they did not have a current case working on Avenue 13.

Like most Americans I spent a day last week getting my income tax return completed and, like most hardworking Californians, a good portion of my income goes to Washington and Sacramento.
Today’s paper (Friday Feb. 7) showed flooding on Madera streets. Not even an inch of rain. Isn’t 4th Street a new project? Several years ago, we had a downpour at about 3 p.m.
