I run an RV park in Chowchilla. Across the street is the Union Pacific railroad which has caused my business a great deal of suffering, along with the residents of Chowchilla.

Let me compliment the Tribune for the Wednesday, Dec. 9, layout about the Trees for Charity event. Every tree and every non-profit organization got a picture and a story.
The idiot in the White House wants to bring 65,000 Syrian refugees to the United States. Says we are afraid of 3-year-olds. Most are women. Vetting error is only 2 percent of them are terrorists.
Just this few lines to say hello, and also to write a story about Mr. Henry Preciado who used to own the Rex Theatre, right next to the old Brammer’s Shoe Store, and also owned the El Rio Drive In theaters.
No firearms on campus? UC Merced might have been a different story if the campus police had not been equipped and trained with firearms.
Bob Loquaci passed away Saturday, Oct. 31, 2015. He lived and farmed in Madera all his life except for the time he spent in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He served on an LST.
I am writing this letter in defense of a friend and doctor, James Low, who saved my legs from amputation almost a year ago.
