Founded March 31, 1892, the Madera Tribune is published daily, except Sundays and legal holidays, by Madera Printing and Publishing Co., Inc. It is adjudicated a newspaper of general circulation in accordance with the laws of California by decree number 4875 of the Superior Court of Madera County dated November 9, 1966, and qualified for the publication of matters required by law to be published in a newspaper.

Advertisers purchase space and circulation only. All property rights to any advertisements produced for the advertiser by The Madera Tribune, ensuing art work and or typography furnished or arranged by The Madera Tribune shall be property of The Madera Tribune.
